Do you remember the days on the playground when you decided what you were going to be when you grew up? An astronaut/doctor/teacher/bus driver/princess/artist/firefighter/professional dog walker? Then you grew up, went off to high school and didn’t get the scholarship you wanted. So you settled for a local college and got your bachelors in something that YOU didn’t want. every girl wants to be that pretty girl on TV who is friends with everyone and all the guys love her. the girl with the skinny waist and the perfect curves. she has the gorgeous smile and not a single acne scar. yet what we don’t realize that the girl that you are so jealous of was handpicked from hundreds of other girls. that she went on a strict diet to be one the show. that shes airbrushed right before she steps on set. this girl is unrealistic and rare. society’s definition of beauty is warped and unattainable. you are real and beautiful. xoxoxox ~k
